Is there any problem if my foreign employer cannot speak english well and cic call them for verification ?
 
I really wouldn't worry about that. They may never actually call the employer and if they do, then for sure this must happen all the time and they probably have staff available who will be able to handle it (just taking a guess from your screen name that the language in question might be Chinese, if so, then surely CIC can handle). But I really wouldn't worry about this at all.
 
In my opinion CIC will hire 3rd party agencies for performing Back Ground checks.so language may not be a barrier for them.
