Employer address changes - new LMO?

Just a quick question about LMOs and work permits!

I had a successful LMO and the work permit was granted.

I am currently working, but my company is moving to a different part of Toronto.

Do I have to reapply for LMO? This is what my lawyer says. I am confused!

why not coordinate your employer and both of you work it out to get light on the matter.

my impression is maybe your present work permit can be re-issue for change address of employer.

firstly it's the concern of your employer to put you in right perspective for the reason they hire you as tfw that needs proper document. coordinating with cic/sc whatever the advise/comment of cic from there you will be sure whatever you will do is correct.

unless your employer has two companies and your company is transfering you to other, that will be a violation. even if same employer with two outlet, whatever stated in your wp if that is closed work permit is specific where it will be valid...
