I worked in the UK or 2 years under NOC Code 2121. I worked in India for 3 years with NOC Code 4163. The problem is I have got the reference letters from my employer in the UK, my present employer as well as my 2nd employer. The only reference letter which is missing is 3rd employer where I ended on very bad note and I didnt even got the relieving letter. I wish to ask if that could be a major issue. I have the payslips, offer letter, PF contribution letter as well as Income Tax Returns Letter (Form 16). What shall be done in this case? I will write Letter of Explanation, but will they consider this? Wouldnt they see I am able to submit three reference letters? Please help!
