EEMMOO, what I am trying to say is - if your duties as trainee fit into one of the job in those three qualifications, I think CHC will count that in....
You need to point that out in your work experience list.

Hi All,

I really need suggestions regarding my FSW Cat3 application.

I am in Canada from past 1.5 years on work permit. I applied for PR under FSW Cat3.

My first stage is completed and I have been asked to submit all the documents to Buffalo visa office.

My Queries:

1.) Work Experience.

I have been working with an Indian IT company from past 6.5 years. I was also in U.S for 2.5 years on L1B- Visa. I got deputed to Canada in Sep 2008.

I don't have reference letter from my company sating my jobs and responsibilities for each position for my employment. Also even I ask for that, I am damm sure they won't give me.

But, I do have my appointment letter, promotion letters, pay stubs, U.S tax forms and Canada Tax Forms, Experience (Appreciation) certificate for 3 and 5 years for my continued service to the Company.

My question is that CHC buffalo clearly states that the need up-to-date reference letter on companys letter head which clearly shows my jobs and responsibilities, compensation, designation etc etc..

What should I do ? Please suggest.

Any helpful suggestion/experiences in this regard is appreciated.

Thanks.

@eemmoo.. since you are already approved by the CIO.. please stick to the same work experience details you mentioned in your CIO application.. CIO found you eligible thats why they approved you

@canadafreak.. substitute for reference letter is 1 page explanation stating the reason why you cannot submit the reference letter from your employer... but make sure your appointment letter or promotion letter has your job responsibilities.
also send your appointment letter, promotion letters, pay stubs, U.S tax forms and Canada Tax Forms, Experience (Appreciation) certificate for 3 and 5 years for my continued service to the Company to make your case strong.
confirm this with some other buffalo applicants though

regards,
sagar
