Employee Benefit before sigining AEO CONTRACT LETTER - Please Suggest

Hi,
One of the IT COMPANY based on ALBERTA is willing to hire me on IT JOB. I am applying for FEDERAL SKILLED VISA and I have to signed the ARRANGED EMPLOYMENT OFFER (AEO) CONTRACT Letter for this company by this week. I would like to know as an Employees what are the the benefits that i should know or ask for before signing the contract letter ?

PLEASE KINDLY SUGGEST ASAP, I have to sign the contract letter within this week. Therefore will appreciate if I could get to know any one experience on AEO as soon as possible.

I would like to know what are the things or the key factors that i should be careful before signing the AEO contract letter ?

Key factors means like ...If the Employer has mentioned about health insurance or not on the contract letter ? bla bla .. Related with the below one :-

1. In term of Salary
2. In term of Insurance
3. In term of Health
4. In term of pay skill for example 2172 category ORACLE DATABASE ADMINISTRATOR (DBA) L1
5. In term of Salary Increment and Promotion
6. In term of Visa Extend
7. OTHER MISSING RELATED ...PLEASE ADVICE
