Hi Everyone,

I have a really good CRS score and I was arranging all the paperwork to support my application. I need help with documentation for my employment experience.

I have been working for a Canadian Company having a branch (back-end) office in my country. They can give me detailed reference letter, appointment letter and Salary summary statement on official letterhead. They will also confirm my employment when they are contacted by IRCC.

The address, telephone numbers and website details refer to their Canadian principal office. They have stated in reference and appointment letter that I will be working for an overseas branch office.

I was concerned regarding this that would IRCC be satisfied that I have worked for a Canadian incorporated company?? If anyone can please help me out. Would there be a problem because website and letterheads are referring to their principle office?

Thanks :)

Your question isn't very clear.

What you need to do is prove your work experience. The evidence you have listed above sounds like strong evidence of work experience. The fact the company is located in Canada doesn't really matter one way or the other.

This won't be counted as Canadian work experience since you are located outside of Canada.

Hi, thank you for replying. Yes I want to use this as foreign work experience. I just wanted to confirm if IRCC would have any problem that contactnnumbers and office locations on letterheads and website are Canadian. So it's all good right??
