Hi everyone. I'm working in alberta on a young professional visa. But currently the place I work for is closed because of the Corona virus (restaurant). But I am still employed by them. How should I represent this on my ee profile? If I just change my hours to 0 then it's not true as I've worked up to one week ago. Should I create a new work history entry with my employer and hours 0? Or just keep as is?

I believe, if you are still employed, you do not need to mention zero hours.
What matters is the document from your employer, if that mentions you have been employed with X number of hours per week/months, that's all you need. To verify your job roles/responsibilities, they will verify the document you submitted. I would suggest you please check with your employer if the experience letter is going to mention this temporary out of work but still employed situation.
