Emigrating from the UK to Canada

Hi guys
I am an African currently based in the UK, and have lived here for 14 years. (Divorced)

I have a daughter who is 10 years old, (born here) and a Uk citizen, but I am not and lives with her mum

1. My Junior brother is a medical doctor in Edmonton, Alberta and a Canadian passport holder

2. I am a skilled computer programmer with over 15 years experience in Microsoft programming

3. I would like to know what are the waiting times and what process to employ to emigrate to canada

4. Do I need a solicitor and what are the costs ( including the government fees ?)

Unfortunately the UK rejected my skilled workers renewal and have been giving me a lot of grief renewing it

You need to join the Express Entry section of the forum. This section of the forum is for Canadians who are sponsoring family members for PR.
