Hi Applied for BOWP and I am still waiting for an answer on that. My medicals for PR have passed and BG is Not Applicable.

I need to travel to my home country for an urgent family emergency and have no idea what to do. I will speak to my employer tomorrow morning and to any lawyer if possible, but most lawyers won't take up the case because I filed my PR application myself. Its late in the night here in Canada and I cannot possibly wake up anyone this late.

Any one has any idea on what course of action can be taken in this case for me to come back to Canada.

This is really important and would appreciate some direction.

You would follow the same process as anyone else. You'll need a TRV to return to Canada. If you have a multiple entry TRV that is valid - you can use that. Otherwise you'll need to apply for one from your home country.

Sorry to hear about the emergency. You would need to get a Work Permit (actual permit and not approval letter) to be able to apply for TRV from back home. I think it's a good idea to have someone send the permit to you from Canada but this is only after you get the permit ofcourse.
