emergency post graduate work permit

i have applied for my Post Grad work permit on 20th Sep by mail and i got a job today and my employer need my work permit early as it usually takes 20 to 25 days.My training gonna start from 1 oct
is there any way to get that early by showing company's job offer letter?????????
