Hi, I submitted a study visa application through internet (on-line application). I took the upfront medical exam as required by the website; results were submitted on May 6 via Emedical by the medical center (accredited by Canadian immigration). I also uploaded the proof of the medical exam with my on-line application, submitted it and paid the fees.
15 days later the immigration office asked me to take a physical exam: I contacted them through their portal and re-sent the proof of the emedical submission but 10 business days later, the status is still the same: they request the medical. My medical center informed me that they cannot re-submit my results and that I cannot take another physical exam.
Any idea how I can unlock this situation? I am outside of Canada, so I cannot directly call the immigration office.
