:'( Hi all,
I have a question I'm anxious to have answered. My parents were asked to go for their medical exams. They applied with me as their sponser. I'm in Canada, they're in South Africa. They were here on holiday and had their medical exams done at a GP who uses the eMedical system. Afterwards they were given the 'eMedical information Sheet', and recall being told that it was "real important", but unfortunately, not much else. I've googled this and it seems that this sheet needs to be sent to the Visa Office ASAP. Apparently the medical information gets transferred digitally to the office separately. I have two questions:
1.) Their visa office is now in Pretoria, South Africa, so do I need to courier the document there?
2.) Can't I just submit it online through the "Case Specific Enquiry Form"?
3.) IF the medicals go well.. HOW FAR ARE WE ALONG THIS PROCESS??

As always, you're help is GREATLY appreciated!

Case Specific Enquiry is probably fine. Scan and send via: https://secure.cic.gc.ca/enquiries-renseignements/canada-case-cas-eng.aspx . As a backup, you can always send the paper copy via courier; if you are concerned about CSE.

Yes, you can attach documents to be included in your case through CSE.

Tough question to answer. You could order your GCMS notes to find out.
