No such thing. Find an employer willing to go through the LMIA process because only you have the education/work experience/language skills to do the job. Then you can apply for a closed work permit.

Find a Canadian employer willing to go through the LMIA process. Search on Canadian job sites. Most jobs will say only apply if Canadian, PR or have work permit so chances are slim that you will find an employer. Not much of a textile industry in Canada, if any.
