Dear All Memebers

I have applied for FSW Cat 1 .I have been requested for documents submission . My Job Codes are

2172 : I am currently working in IT Firm but this code is not in 38 Occupation list . My Work Exp. is 4 yrs in this particualr code.

4131 : Computer Instructor : I worked in an Insititue between 2002-2004 . I have wrok Exp. for this also . But now this institue is closed . But this code is in 38 list.

Now I would like know do the Embassy people verify my profession under current job ( 2172 )or previous job ie 4131 code .

If they called up on numbers mentioned on my previous Work Exp. , they didin't get any reply becoz the institue is no more exsisting. Does this effect my case ? Please send me your suggestions becoz I am little worried that this could have negative impact on my case .

They may call your previous or current employer. When you submit your documents and you want to pre-emp them, then you may want to give proof that this institution existed before. Actually wait for others to answer, because i don't know what the best action would be.
