Does embassy make decision on the basis of application number??? i have found that a lot of applicants(Study Permit) who applied after me have application number lower(before me) than mine and they already got their decision. How could it possible :/ ???
Nothing to do with any number as each application is different/unique some just get processed quicker than others due probably to less checks being required.
