embassy ask for tests -but not mention which one

hello everybody
my time line is --
1..file submit----------------------------------------9 nov
2..ask for medical-----------------------------------12 nov
3..medical done -------------------------------------14 nov
4..doctor forward medical ----------------------------19 nov
5..resubmit passport without call from embassy-------- 14 dec
6..status change---------------------------------------23 dec
7..pp receive--------------------------------------------24 dec
passport receive with single letter ask for "contact your doctor for further tests". i went to doctor for tests ,but he asked for one more sealed letter which i didnot get. now i am in very confusing state. chandigarh chc (embassy) has holiday till 29 dec.
i any body known what to do now ? please help

embassy is closed till 28th..u shall go there on 29th.do check the visitors timing before going.where do you reside?
there is no coordination whatsoever between these people..
everything depends upon the sole discretion of the visa officer.

I SUBMITTED MY FILE ON 12TH NOV....I GOT PP ON 25TH DEC ...THEY ASKED ME TO DO MEDICALS AGAIN (CHEST X RAY TO BE DONE AFTER 11TH FEB 2011)WHICH WILL TAKE AT LEAST ONE MONTH....CAN I DEFER MY COURSE(HUMBER COLLEGE GBM) OR SHOULD I ASK FOR REFUND FROM COLLEGE...AS GETTING VISA FOR JAN INTAKE IS IMPOSSIBLE NOW...
