EMail or post T4 to Immigration

Folks,

I had informed case officer in my initial PR application that i will send T4 at later point , as i didnt have T4 in Dec 2013.

I have AOR now & also i have T4 now, can i send the scanned copy to " CPC-CTD-Ottawa @ cic.gc.ca" or

i should send it by post to
" Case Processing Centre – Ottawa
219 Laurier Avenue West, 7th floor, section B
Ottawa, Ontario K1A 1L1
Canada"

You can just email it to them .No need to send through post
