The highlight of the email says: Since your refusal was issued on May 9, 2016, you must re-apply on or before August 7, 2016, for restoration in order to maintain your legal status in Canada.

My question is: What if I re-apply on August 7, 2016, will it give me another chance or days to stay more since it was more than the 90-day restoration period and is still waiting for the result?

Your restoration application must be RECEIVED by CIC by August 7th. If you miss this date - it will be too late to restore your status from within Canada and your only option will be to leave Canada.

Thanks for the answer. Another question is, will they know if I havent left Canada yet after 7th of Aug? Also what if I submitted on 7th of Aug, how long will I get the results of my application?

Hi Scylla, sorry for the bother but the immigration agency said that if I re apply on 7th, I will have to wait for couple of days, weeks or months again to wait for the result. Is that true?

I would expect you will be waiting around four months for the result. This is how long restoration often takes these days. You obviously won't be able to work during this time but will be able to remain in Canada.
