email from cic for trv application

so i applied for my trv on 22ned of june and after and month and a half and sending 4 emails later today i got an email on my yahoo account saying that my application has been updated on the cic website. so i go to check it on my cic account and i cannot see any updates or messages there...and my application status still says open :/
