Please be advised that we have received the documents submitted by your client and they are currently awaiting an Immigration Officers review. Once these documents have been reviewed our office will be in contact

chc asked for additional docs frm me which i submiited them...my case was submitted with AEO frm london in july 2006.

can anybody tell me how long would it take now getting the PR.

Hi,

You'll have to do the calculation from the date that you received your AOR (Acknowledgment of Receipt) after you initially submitted the application to now, in order for you to see how long it would take to get the Confirmation of PR Visa. So, your best bet is to check the London link on processing times below:

http://www.canada.org.uk/visa-info/processing_times.htm

Usually, between the early stages and mid-way, the immigration officer handling your case might ask for more supporting documents to back up your education and /or work experience.

As a guide, if you have not been asked to do the medical exam, and /or they have not asked for police certificate(s), then you have to wait it out some more, because the stage when you do the medical exam is towards the final stage in the process.

Good Luck!

Warm regards,
Libra.
