email address to contact cic

Hi everyone,

I need to ask about the email address to contact cic islamabad. i just saw my status on cic website and that is showing that they recievd my application on April 05, 2013 and also that they sent us letter about decision made on july 08, 2014.

Problem is that we sent our response back to cic on Feb 19, 2014. but cic is not showing that correspondence? what do i need to do further? pls guide me or provide me email/ or any address where i can contact them

the online system will never show updates regarding information you sent to CIC. It only shows the STATUS of the application, never info on correspondence. In order to email cic, you must use the email specified in any communication receieved from your visa office. This information would be in the sponsorship approval letter, or information request letter. any mail sent to you by cic would have been sent by regular mail in a brown, letter sized envelope.
