Email address on PR Application

I was just wondering, I filled in the same email address (sponsor and sponsored spouse), is it better to have 2 separate email address ? I thought having 1 email address is easier to check on CIC correspondence.

Also, for CIC Online payment, is it better to register the email address same as the application email address?

1. it doesn't matter. cic will send the correspondence to whatever email is listed for the sponsor and applicant. if you find it easier for it to be the same email, great. if you prefer having things sent to separate email addresses, that works too. whether one is easier than the other is subjective.

2. it doesn't matter what email address is used. cic is only going to care about whether the fee is paid, not what email address is there. the email address is really only a reference point if a request is made for a refund. it will not be used otherwise.
