I am freaking out and dont know how to continue.

I have immigrated in Canada approximately 3 years ago. 25 Feb 2022 .

During my time in Canada I work 45 hour per week stated in my contract.

During the first year I went to my home country for vacation for 1 month. In the second year I traveled for 1 week and a half to Peru and for 3 weeks in my home country and another period of 3 weeks towards the end of the year.

All this while I was working remote for my company.

As well, I have to travel for a month for the company this month outside Canada.

My question is about my eligibility for the Canadian experience as I am not sure I should apply for the ita I just got as my point s are not accurate?

As well, while I apply for the Pr can I travel on a valid work visa for business purposes?

To clarify, while I was in my home country I spend 2 weeks vacation and 1 or 2 weeks remote depending how long I spend there.

The issue is the travel history? As well, at the moment I am in a different country working for the company. Should I reject the ita?


If so, do I state the weeks as work remote ? The systems allows me only months...

You can’t count time working remotely on personal time. Based on my calculation that is 2 months based on your post. You should be able to count short time spent working abroad for your employer while on business. If you still qualify and will be returning to Canada soon you can accept the ITA.

What do you mean personal time ? Is 1 month for my employer short time ? My ita is valid till 24 march . I can most likely get an new one if I decline now as scores drop . What do you think ? I as well , understand that I am going to be a month of a difference. My issue is that this would fall in the officers discretion and I don't want that as travel history would be extensive
