Eligible points for TEFAQ

Hello All,

I wanted to know how many points I will be eligible for under QSW, with the Principal applicant scoring B2 in Speaking and B2 in Listening (TEFAQ); And spouse scoring A1 above 16 points (DELF).

Also, does anyone know whats if the application processing time taken at Montreal biq would be shorter than that at HK biq.
