Yes means if you have job offer and your noc is matching with 1112 duties than you are eligible

Please advice me on PR for FSW as i have done the Elctrical Engineering and worked for 2 years as instrument techinician after that i joined some managment job. Can i apply under FSW prog , Give your valubale advice.

From the info you have provided, I think you may be eligible to apply under NOC 0211 and 2243. However in my opinion it will be better for you to apply under the latter NOC, i.e. 2243 since it is moving slowly towards the 300 cap in comparison to the 0211.
