Dear senior,
i graduate from 2 years diploma 2011 april i start work skill level B 2011 may off campus work permit full time and i got graduation certificate 2011 june and also i got my graduation work permit 2011 july but i went back home for visit 2011 october to november than i start same job again in 2011 december so now in that case am i eligible for CEC please let me know

It doesn't have to be consecutive. Once you have 12 months of full-time equivalent experience (37.5 hours a week) within the NOC criteria, you will be eligible as a graduate.

Calculate the months you were working after your graduation (excluding the months you weren't working) and apply after accumulating the 12 months. It is not exceedingly clear from the CIC how they treat work experience between getting your official PGWP and working on the OCWP after graduation. I would err on the side of caution and apply after 1 year of working on your PGWP.

I agree with Seton.

So as long as you meet all the other requirements, it sounds like you have to work until September before you're eligible.
