Hello. Let me first say that if you answer my question, you will make me and my family very happy.

So, my question is this:

I've been accepted in a Canadian university. University has 2 semesters. i already payed for 1 semester and I have a proof of that. Second semester is yet to be paid, but after 8 months since I'm taking a break right after I complete my first semester. I have official letter of acceptance. I got 10000$ left on my bank account. My parents transferred this money to my account about 2 months ago, because this was a saved money for my college, money that they have been saving for a quite a while.

So, could I get Canadian student visa with these facts?

Again, me and my family will be really grateful if you answer.

Best regards!

Mate,

You said, you have already completed 1st semester and after a break want to continue your second semester.

It shows you returned to your country after 1 semester completion .....

You hold an acceptance letter from Uni to start over your 2nd semester now?

Mate, for financial end....you must cover tuition as well as total living exp for your stay in Canada.

Hope this will help.

And I am happy to see, you read this from while sitting along with your parents and family ..

say my Hola to them :P

Hehe, thank you, they say Hola back. ;)

No, I haven't started yet, I just payed for 1st semester, so they could send me back official letter of acceptance. So, now I have 1 semester payed and official letter of acceptance and 10000$ on my account. My 1st semester starts in may, and lasts 4 months. After that, I will take a break 4 months and attend 2nd semester on january 2012.

And with these facts, will they give me student visa?

Thank you very much for your answer.

Dear mate!!

As per your facts, you are eligible for the student visa. The course duration must not be equal or less than 6 months in order to qualify for the study permit. Secondly, there must be enough funding in your bank a/c and you have shown that too. You have got the official letter of acceptance from the uni too. So you see there are as such no hurdles in your way to fly. But getting visa is sometimes depends on one's luck as well.
So apply with positive attitude and keep praying. May your prayers be answered !!

Hope this help
