I graduated in April 2018 and since then I am working with same employer till now. But my I got my workpermit in sep 2018. Can somebody please tell me from when my experience counts April or sep?

Since April. Presumably you applied for a work permit shortly after graduating. That would put you in implied status and since you were working legally, you can count your experience from April.
