Eligibility Under Old Rules Query

Now that we know the new rules come into effect this Thursday 11th June 2015, it would seem that only those who will be eligible under the 3/4 rule on Sunday and Monday would be able to apply am I right? In other words, those eligible on Tuesday and Wednesday won't be able to send the application on time for CIC to receive it on Wednesday? Please advise- thanks.

IF your will be eligible on Tuesday (reach 1095) and you REALLY wanna CIC receive your application before 6.11, there is a way worth TRYING:
1 , FLY to Sydney on Tuesday IN PERSON.
2, finalize your package in early morning of Wednesday,(you can do it around 4AM,for example.)and give it to local FEDEX office once they open their office at 8AM, a office close to CIC is preferred.make sure you do this step after 12AM of Wednesday and sign all the forms with date of Jun10,2015.
3, use the fastest delivery to deliver it to CIC on the same day. THis service need to be confirmed in advance with FEDEX Sydney branch to ensure the whole plan can hit!
4 package delivered by 5PM of Jun 10, CIC signed and received, and you are safe to catch the final bus of the old law.
