Eligibility to Permanent Resident Card under Work permit

Hi ALL,

I am working on my work permit application to be in Canada through an Inter-company Transfer. ( noc. 0111 )

I am eligible to apply to the Permanent Resident Card. If YES , when can I apply for it , and How ? If NO, what is the maximum period to stay under work permit in Canada.
