Eligibility to file for Permanent Resident - Need Help

Need your guidance here.
I lived and worked in Toronto from Oct-2010 till Jun 2011 on Work Permit, and then left Canada. Then i returned back in March 2013 and will stay and work until Feb 2016 for the same employer. I am Software Engineer by Profession.
I am in the thought of applying for Permanent Resident. Can you please let me know if i am eligible to apply and where can i find more information on applying for Permanent Resident and the process and duration.
I would also want to apply for my Wife and Kid who are living with me, on their Dependent Visa.

The most relevant program for you would be canadian experience class (CEC). But to apply, you would first need to complete at least one year of full time work in Canada, which will be around July 2013. For rest of the requirements, follow this link:
