Eligibility to apply under federal class

I am an IT worker in US on an H1-b visa. I know sometime back we could apply for immigration under the federal class workers category but now when I go to the cic website I do not see the IT category listed under the occupations list. Does anyone know if I could still be eligible to apply?

Nope, 0213 was removed from the list for Federal Skilled work in June/10.
