Not a good or bad sign. All part of the process. Eligibility and background checks can take months. What did you apply for? What country?My medical was passed on 1st of March 2024 and since then eligibility review is in progress. is it a good sign and until when the reusult can be expected? thanks

Weeks. Your timelines make no sense. Is your LMIA still valid? What is your NOC? What additional documents did you submit? So you applied in February 2023 and if so, your application is following a non standard review.37 Days or week?
My case timeline is
Fingers: Feb 16 2023
background check : july 31 2024
review of additional document Dec 8 2023
review of medical result:march 1 2024
since then review of eligibility is showing up
What is NOC? What documents were you asked to resubmit? When does LMIA expire? Is employer still willing to wait? Assume you aren’t citizen so what did you show to return?yeah it is taking alot of time. not sure why.
