Ok, after a quick look into this matter I can say you have a problem. The problem is you will not be able to get a study permit to even do the program let alone apply for PNP. According to IRCC guidelines, to be eligible for a study permit, less than 50% of the course should be offered by distance learning (online) or more than 50% in face-to-face studies. When you declare that the course is 100% online, then there is no basis for you to be physically in Canada. additionally, if the course is 100% online you won't be eligible for the post grad work permit.
International students should steer clear of these 100% online courses. However, if the program is blend (online and in person) then you could secure a study permit. If the in-person courses were more than 50% of the program you can get the study permit and still be eligible for the work permit. So you need to find another program if you intend to migrate to Canada.
