Eligibility of Manitoba supporter

Hi. Could you helpme with my situation?

I am planning to apply for MPNP, I have a distant relative Manitoba. That's the strongest connection I have in Canada. However, my uncle only lives in a flat with his family and has less $35,000 yearly salary from 3 part time jobs. Is he still eligible to be my Manitoba supporter? i have already done research about this matter and i didnt see anything regarding this. Please help me. Thank you

There is no salary requirement for supporter he just need to ensure the authorities that he will support your settlement plan and know you in person
