Eligibility Interview didn't happen

Hey guys, I had my eligibility last week and after waiting for two hours at the office they told me to come back next week without telling me what time. When I asked for the specific time and which exact day they said they will call me. But still now I haven't heard anything from them. Did anyone else faced this issue? I don't know whether just wait for them (that could be next year) or I should just go to their office again.

I know IRCC is full of shit but to that limit?

Wait for their move, going to their office without an appointment will do nothing because they won't even take questions without appointments. They probably let you know through the portal.
