My husband has been granted a positive LMO. We are a family with 3 children, 7, 5 and 2. Can we all apply together at the POE or do we have to apply in advance? The confusion we have seems to be with our 7 year olds open study permit. Thanks

If you don't require a TRV (visitor visa) then you all can apply at the Port of Entry.

Hi,i'm in the same situation,I have the LMO approval and the job offer and my country doesn't need visa for Canada, traveling with my family like a temporary foreign worker, but my employer isn't sure can I apply for a work permit at the POE,they are now seeking for a authorized person which will confirm this, and they still haven't found no one who will confirm this info,so please can you tell me how did you hear about this,is it written somewhere? Thanks in advance
