Eligibility for PNP for score of 355

Hello Everyone,

My CRC score is 355. I am planning to go for provential nomination.

My age is 32 years having 9 years of software testing experience in India.

I know ontario is out of question for me.

My job Noc code is 0213

Could you please let us know,
Whether I have any realistic chance of getting any provential nomination?

Is there any slim chance I could get nomination from alberta or BC?

Also for saskatchewan, is it mandatory to have job offer from their employer??
