Eligibility for FSWP: flexibility of NOC?

Hi,

I am trying to figure out if my work history is enough to pass the minimum requirement of skilled work experience to apply for EE under FSWP.

I worked for a mental health facility for about 20 months, however I hold two different positions during that time (there is not a significant time gap between two positions, I was not taken out of payroll).

I worked part time as a recreational therapist from 7th of Nov 2016 to 17th of Sep 2017 (24 hours a week for 10 months ~960 hours).
My position in the same company changed at this point and I started working full time as a therapist (clinical psychologist) on 25th of Sep 2017 till 3rd of Aug 2018 (40 hours a week for 10 months ~1600 hours).

From my understanding, neither of these two experiences alone as my primary job is enough to meet the minimum requirement (correct me if I am wrong), but I wonder if I can combine them in one NOC.

Duties of my first title are similar to those of NOC 3144 (Other professional occupations in therapy and assessment, skill type A) and duties of my second title are most similar to NOC 4151 (Psychologists, skill type A).

However, I can also show (with a letter from my employer) that I performed the actions described under the lead statement and (most of) the main duties of NOC 4212 (Social and community service workers, skill type B) in both of these jobs, even though they are not exactly the perfect match. I wonder how particular is IRCC in classifying work experiences.

1) Do you think IRCC would easily accept these 2 job positions in the same NOC? Does IRCC show an extent of flexibility in cases like mine?

2) If they are regarded to be the same NOC, is my timeline and hours are meeting the minimum requirement considering the criteria for duration (reminded below)?

->below is copied from IRCC website:
"at least 1 year of continuous work or 1,560 hours total (30 hours per week). You can meet this in a few different ways:
full-time at 1 job: 30 hours/week for 12 months = 1 year full time (1,560 hours)
equal amount in part-time: 15 hours/week for 24 months = 1 year full time (1,560 hours)
full-time at more than 1 job: 30 hours/week for 12 months at more than 1 job = 1 year full time (1,560 hours)
For part-time work, you can work more or less than 15 hours/week as long as it adds up to 1,560 hours.
We don’t count any hours you work above 30 hours/week"

Thank you in advance for any opinions.
