Hi I got my 3 year work permit this month and is till 2017. I am currently working as a Sales representative for Rogers. Though I asked my manager and Team leader, they don't have issues to give me an employer letter which according to me is not even a big deal to get. But I have just a question if any expert can guide me in this accurately that whether I am eligible to apply under CEC for the respective post and if yes then what the category is called?

And another question right now I am on a full time job with a salary of $13. So my another question is that to apply for PR does the salary has to be above certain amount ?

There are few primary eligibility criterias to apply for PR under CEC,
- first think your job should be listed in Canadian National Occupation Classification (may be you can check the noc code in your wp),
- second you should have worked in province for a period of at least 12 months in last 3 years.
- you should have your Canadian language test completed.

may be you can have a look at the cic site more details.

Based on information you provided its hard to say if you eligible or not. What is your status in Canada? For example, if youre refugee than youre not eligable for CEC even with proper WP. Also check if your duties are matching noc code 6221 (eligible), or 6411 (not eligible).
Your salary should not be a problem as long, as it equal or higher than min. wage in your province/city.

No I am not a refugee. I got my PG work permit. I just want to know if my job is of eligibility or not?

The simplest/easiest way to know is to read this link: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/cec/apply-who.asp
Good Luck!
