Eligibility completed, medical passed, now what?

Hiya,

My spouse’s OWP applicantion's passed processing times, soon it ll be 6 months old.

Roughly a month ago, ircc sent medical request and it was updated to passed in gc key after a week. Eligibility review was completed once medical request was sent.
It has been ~ 3 weeks since medical passed and eligibility review completed.

How much time should pass before the final decision is out? What is the rough interval?

Honestly don’t know. Can be anytime if background is completed.
