Eligibility check

Good Day,

I would like to know if I'm eligible for any of the programs to Canada, after 10th grade I have completed Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (course completed, have 4 backlogs currently ). Having 4 years of work experience( 3 years as NDT Tech/Inspector and one year as QA Manager (currently working ) )have done short courses known as CSWIP 3.1, ASNT Level 2 on NDT, I'm basically from India and I was hoping to find some answers here
