eligibility Canadian Experience Class

Hi

I worked in Canada from June 2010 to April 2012 and Left Canada on 7th May 2012 .

Now i am planning to apply for PR under CEC from India .

Am i eligible to apply ?

previously i have noticed in CIC site candidate should apply with in one year time after left Canada.

Now i am not finding any rule on CIC under CEC . Please help me

It sounds like you are probably eligible, as long as you accumulated one year's full-time (or equivalent) qualifying work experience in the 3 years prior to when you apply.

So if you applied today, your experience prior to September 11, 2010, would not count, but it sounds like you probably have adequate experience after that date anyway.

meet all other requirements.
