Eligibility before the day you sign

Hi guys,

Another stupid question before I send out the application tomorrow.
I've calculated eligibility as of 27-Feb-2020 and will be signing the application as of 27-Feb-2020 tomorrow.
This gives me 1102 days of eligibility, and the form says I have to be eligible the day BEFORE I sign for the application.

Does this mean that I have to sign as of 26-Feb-2020 and not as of 27-Feb-2020?
I'm also eligible as of 26-Feb-2020 though with one day less.

Can someone shed light on if its alright to sign as of 27-Feb-2020 if I intend to use that date in the physical presence calculator and send the application out on the same day?

If you sign Feb 27, you need to be eligible as of Feb 26.

If you sign Feb 26, you need to be eligible as of Feb 25.

And on and on.

Thanks, that's what I figure. So, even if I sign on 27-Feb-2020, I'm also eligible as of 26-Feb-2020. So, my reading is that I should be alright and not need to necessarily sign my application/calculate physical presence as of 1 day earlier?
