Eligibility Assessment due date. Question about GCMS note!!!

I got GCMS note and I saw the part Eligibility Assessment and the due date is Dec 17th 2019 which is today but I got no update yet.
Can anyone explain what it is and what can I do other than waiting?

This is the date IRCC is targeting to complete the eligibility assessment for your application. It's a target date - so possible they might hit it and possible they might not. Unfortunately there's really nothing you can do but wait.
