Eligibility and BG haven't changed since Sept. What does this mean?

Hello lovely people

I am starting to feel anxious because the below two entries haven't changed since day 1. I have read that they should change based on which step my application is in (IP1/IP2). What does this mean for my application?

- Review of eligibility We are reviewing whether you meet the eligibility requirements.
- Background check Your application is in progress. We will send you a message when we start your background check.

ITA: August 7
Application submitted: Sept 17 (medical exam passed around this time).
Biometrics enrolment: Oct 14.
