Hi,

I did my fingerprints through a fingerprint service provider and then submitted my request for a Identity History Summary Check personally. I mailed my fingerprint card and submitted my application online. The online form and offline form were identical. Do I still need to go through the mail process?

I don't know how if you need to apply by mail too or not. for my case i applied by mail on 28 september 2017 and received the police certificate the 20 th of january 2018,

Hi,

I got my report in the mail yesterday too. I think it is the same document. The electronic way just makes it quicker.
Can you please verify if your report said the following:
This IdHS is not provided for the purpose of licensing or employment or any other
purpose enumerated in 28 CFR 20.33.

Hi,

I got the email version 2-3 days after they received my fingerprints. The certificate arrived in the mail within 2 weeks.
