I couldn't find it broken down by NOC but if you go to http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/resources/statistics/facts2008/permanent/22.asp you will see under "Trades and skilled transport and equipment operators" which includes all the trades at http://www5.hrsdc.gc.ca/NOC/English/NOC/2006/Occupations.aspx?val=7 including Electricians, that there were 3290 people going in under that class in 2008.
