electrical engineers for FSW

hi everyone,

I would like to ask some advice,i landed here in toronto ontario last oct.19,2012(so it basically i have been in canada for almost 5 months now) having care giver work permit.My problem is i dont know if my husband is allowed to apply in federal skilled worker program.He is ELECTRICAL ENGINEER,he works for 7 years now in a major power electrical company in the Philippines.I just want to konw if there is any way that he can come here in Canada in a very fastest way...
