elderly live in caregiver

Hi,
I landed in toronto in jul 2014 as a live in caregiver under lcp programand left the employer on 5th oct. I have found another employer who are working out on lmia but have not received yet. And i m anxious about couple of things which i have listed below:
1. Processing time for lmia
2. I am elderly caregiver but i do not have any qualifications like psw or nursing except for the experience. Am i still eligible to apply for pr after i complete 2 years of work experience as an elderly live in caregiver under new changes?
Please help me understand.

When did you submit your lmia application? if its before nov, 30,2014 then you are under the old rule.
